Abraham AC — Broward County's Choice Since 2003 — is expanding our Home Comfort Advisor team across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, and surrounding Broward County areas.

This is NOT a technician role. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. You walk in, build trust, present replacement options, and close deals using our proven Right Away Selling System.

WHAT YOU EARN:
• Average performer: ~$200,000/year
• Strong performer: ~$250,000/year
• Top performers: $300,000+/year
• $1,500 training stipend upon completion of our program
• Commission-only — you eat what you kill

WHAT WE NEED:
• Proven B2C sales track record (cars, insurance, real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement)
• You've been a TOP PRODUCER — #1 rep, president's club, broke records
• Valid FL driver's license, clean background check, drug screen
• NO prior HVAC experience — we prefer to train from scratch
